Fear is only imagination moving us backwards. The fear from doing well on a test, finishing a project on a deadline, or from anything we want to accomplish, same as confirmed by so many great writers before. This same fear stands in the way of finding our own joy any time, any day.

Discovering our own daily joyful little things can magically defeat any fear! This cannot be an easy task, it takes courage, determination and faith to overcome any obstacle that comes in the way of our own happy ending!

Look around! that is the first key! Seriously, look around! breath as you inspect each living little creature you find around you even a plant. Wherever you are, life is all around.

You might see an interesting color, light or even a sad color that reminds you of something special you no longer have, or someone who passed in a picture on a stand. There is no life without struggle, sadness, or loss. The real Joy comes in the courage, to help find who you are, through the little things that can put a smile on your face, no matter how hard the day gets. You must find these little things to smile no matter what happens.

Joy is in each breath we experience. Joy is knowing you are all it takes. Joy is knowing you are enough, strong, and grateful. Joy is helping others through their hardships. Joy is a wonderful feeling, connection and love.
