I would like to wish everyone health and peace before I start expressing how this day three is going so far.

Less fever, more congestion. I did manage to take a much needed warm shower. Not being able to smell my favorite shampoo, that was a moment of ugh really! There it was, I lost most of my sense of smell.

Taking care of myself today has been a challenge. I took my vitamins and heated up a bowl of the chicken potatoe soup despite the feeling of drowsiness, dry itchy caugh, and runny nose all morning.

Now is all we have. I understand this sentence to a point that I believe if I can take care of myself now, then that’s all I need to do. Living each moment, as the day goes by, just as much as I can at this moment. Not waiting for anything to happen, not expecting anything to magically change, everything will take its time.

Hoping my body heals from this virus, I will read the holy book and pray for better health for all people, and of course, watch my favorite Hallmark movies. I had subscribed long ago on my phone for Hallmark. It has been one of the best things I have done. I feel so grateful they have this Hallmark movies now application to download. It is only $5 a month. Includes series, not only movies.

Suffering from Covid is painful. I acknowledge this is not what I thought it would be like after having the vaccine, the booster, and the flu shot. I know for sure that being vaccinated does not mean you will not suffer but that you will suffer less. Who knows what it would be like without the vaccine. If even my body would handle it.
